Please use our step-by-step directions to complete the Admissions process correctly and in it’s entirety.
1. Pick up an application packet with all the necessary forms from the school’s Main Office, or download and print the forms from our website.

2. Ask the student’s current teacher(s) to fill out the Recommendation form specific to the grade level of the student. The school can return the form to you in a sealed envelope, or send it to CAPS by fax or email. *Only in cases where this is not possible, the parents may send them to the school with the other documents.
3. If you child is entering grade 6 or above, ask them to write an autobiography.
4. Fill out the Application for Admission Form, Application Statement, Medical Form, and gather the following items:
a. Copy of student’s Passport or ID
b. Immunization Records
c. School Records (Including IEP and Psychological Report if applicable)
- Students grade 1-9 from the current year and previous year.
- High School Students records from 9th grade on.
d. Short autobiography (Students grade 6 and up)
5. Use our checklist to ensure you have all the necessary items. Admissions Checklist
6. Hand all documents in at the school’s Main Office or scan and email all documents to our Administrative Assistant, Corine, at corinekarsters@gmail.com.
7. The application will be processed by our Administration Office. Our Administrative Assistant will contact the parents by email or telephone to inform you of your acceptance.
8. Parents are required to come to CAPS to complete a School Payment Contract, pay the registration fee (this is non-refundable), and receive information about School Uniforms in order to secure their student’s placement.
*Please note that the applicant’s placement at CAPS is only guranteed after receiving the required School Payment Contract and registration payment.
